These EuroVelo GPX tracks are made available under the Open Database License. While ECF and National EuroVelo Coordination Centers and Coordinators (NECCs) make every effort to ensure the tracks and their levels of development are both current and accurate, errors or outdated information can occur. The user is fully responsible for his or her own safety when making use of the tracks and for following national traffic rules and signing.

The İzmir section of EuroVelo 8 spans 17 districts, linking Lesbos and Chios Islands to Dikili and Çeşme ports, traversing historical sites and ancient settlements from Pergamon to Ephesus. Covering 500 kilometres, it features 17 ancient cities, offering diverse attractions including summer tourism, agricultural paths, local cuisine, and welcoming communities.

The bett+bike logo by ADFC can be found not only in Germany but in many other countries such as Austria, Belgium or Denmark. On the website certified accommodations are divided in four categories: bett+bike hosts, sports, camping and holiday homes. In addition, the results can be subdivided into regions and cycle routes. For an easier use while cycling, the bett+bike services can also be viewed with an app.
A network of 135 hotels, 9 municipalities and 60 partners managed by NatTour, a non-for-profit organisation. The Bike Friendly Label is a verification awarded to Hotels, Municipalities / Destinations and other bodies related to cycling in Greece that fulfil a number of criteria for servicing and facilitating cyclists.
"Albergabici" managed by FIAB offers a range of accommodations equipped to meet the needs of a cycle tourist with extras like luggage transfer or bike rentals. The results can be viewed on the interactive map.
You’ll recognise cyclist-friendly hotels, hostels, boarding houses, holiday apartments, and other accommodation by bicycle signs.
On the interactive map of "bikefriendly" or the app you can find accommodations adapted to the needs of cyclist and cycle tourists.
On the website of "cycling-friendly" you can discover through the interactive map or a search filter certified accommodations located not only in Spain, but also in France and Andorra.
In order to promote cycling tourism, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) developed the “Bicycle Friendly Accommodation Facilities Certificate” for accommodations offering specific services for cyclists.
Bed&Bike is the certification by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board that distinguishes accommodations in the region specializing in cycle tourism. With annual renewal and audits, the seal offers two categories: Leisure and Sport. Both guarantee services such as secure bike storage, tools, and flexible schedules, ensuring a high-quality experience at the destination.
